| White Team Beginnings - Friday, September 18, 2009 After camp, the team felt comfortable with each other. Many were still quiet in the first few practices but to date, personalities have been seen. Coach and team changes can be intimidating. The players have been exposed to the demands a team brings. Individual skill growth, team building and game play are just to name a few.
The girls continue to learn their expectations both as individuals and a team. With hard work the sky is the limit...

| Black Team Beginnings - Friday, September 18, 2009 This talented group of young ladies have proven their point when it comes to starting strong. In their first 7 games together, they manage to win 6 of them along with a championship title. In total, they have accomplished scoring nearly 50 goals.
Keep playing hard and reaching for better.

| Practice Topics - Monday, August 24, 2009 Every training session has an "agenda" or relative "topic" that the practice focuses around. Remember to ask your daughter what was the focus of the day. This type of communication will mentally reinforce skill knowledge.
